Unit Selection & Booking
Choose your unit type (2, 3 or 4 BHK) and floor. Pay the booking amount by NRE/NRO account wire transfer. A booking receipt and allotment letter are sent to you digitally.

Sale Agreement
The Sale Agreement is prepared as per RERA norms and sent to you for review. You sign and return it by courier. It is the legally binding contract between buyer and developer.

Home Loan (Optional)
NRI home loans are available from leading Indian banks, typically up to 80% of property value. Our team assists with documentation and bank liaison. EMIs can be paid from your NRE/NRO account.

Construction-Linked Payments
Payments are made in stages as construction progresses, per the RERA-compliant payment schedule, into the RERA escrow account. You receive construction updates and photos at each milestone.

Registration & Possession
The sale deed is registered at the Sub-Registrar's Office in Trivandrum. If you cannot be present, a POA holder in India can register on your behalf. On possession day, we conduct the handover walkthrough and hand over keys.
